Player Guidelines

Players on NLSA USA affiliate teams must follow the official rules for each sport category. While the league respects traditional standards, NLSA USA may adjust rules when necessary to improve competition and fairness. Any new rules require league approval.

All athletes are considered free agents, available to join affiliate teams through official tryouts organized and overseen by NLSA USA. After tryouts, players are ranked according to skill level, and teams can extend offers based on these rankings.

Players who earn a spot in the league receive salaries set and managed by NLSA USA, ensuring fair and consistent compensation for all professional athletes.

Team Ownership

All teams in the league operate as independent affiliates under the NLSA USA license. Affiliates pay a flat annual fee to participate and gain access to official league branding, events, and promotions.

Affiliates manage their own team operations, including local rules and team management, as long as they comply with NLSA USA regulations. The League provides guidance to ensure fair play and consistency across all events.

Teams compete in local tournaments, advance to state-level competitions, and have the opportunity to participate in the national NLSA USA Championship. Affiliates share in the excitement and visibility of the league while maintaining independence in their day-to-day operations.

NLSLUSA along with team owners will make the rules for the league. NLSLUSA will have the final say in deciding the rules. All league rules must be followed by owners in order to participate in the league. Any major violations of league rules by owners may result in expulsion of the league owner. NLSLTUSA teams will compete in local cities in tournament eliminations. They will progress to state eliminations and then to the national tournament for the NLSLUSA Championship Title.
