Teams will be formed based on the population of the city. The maximum teams per city will be two (east and westside).
Individuals who purchase team lease rights will have exclusive rights to that team’s territory, and no other teams can be formed to compete against that owner, in that city or out of state, who is a member of the NLSLUSA.
No lease owner of NLSLUSA team may compete against any team other than league teams of NLSLUSA. Violations are a major offense and will result in monetary fines, game suspensions, or expulsion from the league.
